Virtual Individual Therapy
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are offered virtually or by phone.
Payment for Session
Payment for your session is due on the day of your session or immediately after. Payment can be made by e-transfer.
Cancellations
The cancellation requirement for sessions is 24 hours advance notice in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Virtual Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is 60 minutes in length is offered virtually or by phone.
Insurance
As a Registered Psychotherapist fees could be covered by your private health insurance or employee benefit plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage or answer any coverage issues.
